In honor of precious Layla Grace and in an effort to try to help her family with their medical bills Simply FaBOWlous have named the Layla Grace Hat.

Layla Grace is very ill with stage 4 neuroblastoma. She became ill in 2009. Shanna her mom reviewed one of their hats, the White w/ Pink Peony Crochet Hat.

So, Simply FaBOWlous has decided to donate $5.00 from every Layla Grace Hat sold on-line to the family for the rest of 2010 (beginning March 1, 2010).

Family Reach Foundation & My Pillow Pets Launch Unprecedented Fundraiser to Support Families Fighting Pediatric Cancers!

Over 50% of online sales will be donated to help cover the day-to-day expenses families face during treatment

Family Reach Foundation (www.familyreach.org) & My Pillow Pets have teamed up to raise much-needed funds for families fighting pediatric cancers and other life-threatening illnesses! My Pillow Pets, which are cuddly plush animals that unfold into super-soft pillows, will donate an amazing 55% of the sale of every Pillow Pet sold online when customers reference “Family Reach” at the checkout. Family Reach helps families deal with the everyday bills that pile up during treatment, from transportation to monthly mortgage payments.

The My Pillow Pets website makes it very easy for supports to contribute to Family Reach Foundation. When customers place their order on the site (www.mypillowpets.com), they will see a drop-down menu at the checkout labeled “Where Did You Hear About Us.” They should then select “Family Reach Foundation”, at which point 55% of the sale will be donated to the non-profit, whose goal is to provide families with emotional and financial support.

Family Reach’s network includes hospitals all across the country.
