Wordless Wednesday- In Memory Of Layla Grace

I came home from work tonight to log in to twitter to see the worst tweet from precious Layla Grace's family. She was 2-years-old and passed from Neuroblastoma. The tweet read: Layla went to play with the angels early this morning. Rest in peace precious Layla. 11/26/2007 - 3/9/2010

My heart just broke and I shed some tears. It just breaks my heart. She is now in heaven, out of pain. God has definitely gained a sweet angel today. Rest In Peace sweet baby girl. You will be in my heart and thoughts forever. I have lit a candle for you tonight. My thoughts go out to her parents and sisters tonight. www.laylagrace.org

Simply FaBOWlous Layla Grace Hat Fundraiser

In honor of precious Layla Grace and in an effort to try to help her family with their medical bills Simply FaBOWlous have named the Layla Grace Hat.

Layla Grace is very ill with stage 4 neuroblastoma. She became ill in 2009. Shanna her mom reviewed one of their hats, the White w/ Pink Peony Crochet Hat.

So, Simply FaBOWlous has decided to donate $5.00 from every Layla Grace Hat sold on-line to the family for the rest of 2010 (beginning March 1, 2010).

If you need this hat in an INFANT size you may order that size as well...View Infant Size Layla Grace HAT.

Moneys from this hat will be sent to the family each month. This is amazing as you can only imagine how much their medical bills must be. For more information on this wonderful fundraiser and how you can help click here to go the the hat fundraising page. This hat is adorable and would make a great gift as well. My prayers are with Layla Grace and her family constantly.

Layla Grace....Please Take A Moment To Pray

For the past couple of weeks I've been following the blog of Layla Grace, an adorable 2 year old losing her battle to Neuroblastoma, a(cancerous) tumor that develops from nerve tissue. It's heartbreaking to read the most current post Not Like This. Please just take one moment and pray for her and her entire family. She is in so much pain, and they are watching their baby pass from something so horrible and it just breaks my heart....
