Our family has never drank soy milk so getting to try out a few varieties of Silk was a nice change. Although hubby is not keen on it I will give you my opinion. I bought 3 varieties of Silk. Silk Vanilla, Silk Light Chocolate and the Silk Heart Health. To me it is like flavored water. Vanilla water, chocolate water and the Silk Heart Health has a tiny flavoring of vanilla to it. These all went down much smoother for me then regular milk, I believe because they are thin. Like water. I'm not giving this any negatives because remember I am not a soy milk drinker. I spoke to people at work who say Silk is the best and it's the only Soy Milk they will drink. I love the fact that you can save on calories just by switching to soy and the benefits are great. I will tell you Zoe loved these milks though. The chocolate was her favorite. I even made a recipe with the Silk Light Chocolate.
1 cup Silk Light Chocolate
1 Frozen Banana
6oz cup Strawberry Yogurt
Blend together and enjoy!
It was excellent and I have drank this on a daily basis almost. It's a very healthy smoothie and it was yummy!
Here is a little bit about Silk Heart Health:
Silk Heart Health is the first U.S. soy milk to offer the combined benefit of two proven heart-health ingredients.
* Soy Protein-a perfect, natural protein recognized by the FDA for its role in heart health.
* Phytosterols-a naturally sourced plant ingredient that also carries the FDA heart-health claim.
From diet and exercise to stress and sleep, every lifestyle choice you make can have an impact on your heart. With clinically shown benefits from two proven ingredients, Silk Heart Health is a natural choice for heart-health confidence you can feel.
Cholesterol is high in my family so this would be a great way to help me lower my cholesterol as it states people who drink 3 servings of Silk Heart Health per day for 4 weeks, may lower cholesterol by 7%! That is great. Anything, I can do to help that out I will try.

I would like to try the Silk Creamer. My husband is lactose intolerant so we use Silk regularly. He loves it. We tried almond milk too, but he says the Silk is much better. Thanks for the chance!
